1. Processing Time

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer— but we’ll always keep you informed.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• USA: 5–8 business days
• UK & Europe: 4–8 business days
• Canada: 8–10 business days
• Australia: 5–8 business days
• GCC countries: 7–10 business days
• Rest of World: 5–10 business days

3. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You will then be able to track your package in real-time, for your peace of mind.

4. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
